About Time4Wine: a Wine Bar and Konoba in Zagreb's Upper Town
Time4Wine is a wine bar and konoba at Kamenita ulica 5, in Zagreb's Upper Town (Gornji grad). We pour a wine list built around Croatian grapes and cook Croatian home food, every day from 11:30 to 23:30.
A wine bar and a konoba under one roof
A konoba is a traditional Croatian tavern: a place for home-style food, local wine and long meals at the table. Time4Wine is both that and a wine bar, so you can drop in for one glass in the afternoon or settle in for a full dinner with friends.
Our wine list: Croatian grapes first
Our list of 28 wines leans on grapes Croatia is known for, from Graševina and Malvazija to Teran, Plavac Mali and Dingač. Familiar names like Chardonnay and Merlot sit alongside them for guests who want something they already know.
Every wine but one is poured by the glass, so you can try several in one visit. For a guided start, our team runs Croatia in a Glass, a tasting of six Croatian wines.

Our kitchen: Croatian home cooking
The konoba side of Time4Wine cooks the dishes you’d find at a Croatian family table. That means štrukli, the baked cheese pastry from Zagorje, buncek (pork knuckle) with sauerkraut, the breaded Zagreb steak, proja cornbread with homemade cheese, and roasted peppers in kajmak.
Alongside the traditional dishes, the menu covers risotto and pasta, fish, grilled meat and pizza, so there is something for every guest at the table.

Where to find us
Kamenita ulica shares its name with the Stone Gate (Kamenita vrata), the old city gate a few steps from our door. Our long dining room opens onto the cobbled street, and we put tables outside when the weather allows.
